terms of service
this document governs your use of the website at geo.voiddo.com and the AI-search visibility audit service provided by voiddo (stylized as vøiddo) — an independent product studio operating remote, owner and operator of the site geo.voiddo.com, contactable at support@voiddo.com. throughout this document “voiddo”, “we”, “us”, and “the studio” all refer to the same entity. by accessing the site or purchasing a subscription you confirm you have read and agree to these terms.
what we sell
vøiddo geo is a software-as-a-service product that audits how AI search assistants (currently ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini) respond to buyer-intent queries about a given brand or category. each audit queries all three engines in parallel using their frontier search-grounded models. paid plans run scheduled audits, store historical results, and email customers when scores change. the free tier allows three audits per twenty-four hours from the same IP address.
audit results are probabilistic descriptions of AI assistant behavior, not guarantees about your brand's actual market visibility or revenue. results vary as AI providers update their training data and grounding indexes. we provide the measurement; you remain responsible for interpreting it and acting on it.
your account
the free audit requires no account. paid plans require you to provide a working email address through which we deliver reports and account communications. you are responsible for keeping access to that mailbox and for everything done through your subscription. we do not impersonate you, store passwords for your other systems, or take actions on your behalf outside this service.
one subscription is for one organization. if multiple agencies, freelancers, or teams need access to the same audit data, the agency plan supports multi-seat use; sharing a single starter or growth subscription across separate organizations is not permitted.
billing & subscriptions
paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Paddle.com Market Limited, who acts as the merchant of record for all transactions. Paddle handles payment processing, sales tax, VAT, currency conversion, and PCI compliance on our behalf. your contract for the payment itself is between you and Paddle; the contract for the service is between you and voiddo. Paddle's buyer terms apply at paddle.com/legal/buyer-terms.
trials require a payment method. unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription auto-renews at the rate quoted at signup. you can cancel at any time from the subscription management link sent in your Paddle receipt, or by emailing support@voiddo.com — we'll process it within one business day.
acceptable use
you agree not to use the service in ways that would damage other people or systems. specifically you will not: submit domains you do not have a legitimate reason to monitor (the audit consumes our LLM credits); attempt to circumvent the daily quota by IP rotation, bot networks, or other automated means; scrape the service in volumes designed to extract our internal data rather than your own; resell raw audit access without buying the agency plan; or use the audit results to harass, threaten, or defame the brands being measured.
we reserve the right to suspend any account or IP address engaged in the above behavior and to refuse audits on domains that appear to belong to illegal businesses or to industries we choose not to serve (presently: adult content, weapons, gambling without local licensing, and politically violent content).
intellectual property
the service, its source code, the methodology described on this site, the design, the brand vøiddo, and all derivative content remain the property of voiddo. the audit reports we generate for your domain, including the per-query breakdowns and citation analysis, are yours to use in any internal or commercial context — share them with colleagues, paste them into investor decks, send them to your team. we ask only that you do not redistribute the underlying tooling.
brand names of third parties appearing in audit reports remain the property of their respective owners and are referenced under fair-use principles for the purpose of factual reporting on AI assistant behavior.
warranties & liability
the service is provided as is. AI search behavior is non-deterministic, depends on third-party providers we do not control, and changes without notice as those providers update their models. we do not warrant that any specific audit will be reproducible across runs, that the citation rate reflects buyer behavior with any particular accuracy, or that competitor lists are exhaustive. we do warrant that we are honest about the methodology — the docs on this site describe what the audit actually does.
to the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, our total cumulative liability to you for any claim relating to this service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages — lost revenue, lost rankings, reputational harm — arising from your use of audit results.
changes & termination
we may update these terms. material changes are announced at the top of this page and via email to active subscribers at least fourteen days before they take effect. continuing to use the service after a change indicates acceptance. you can terminate your subscription at any time as described in the billing section above. we may terminate or suspend access for breach of acceptable use; in that case we refund the unused prorated portion of your current month except where the breach involved fraud or illegal activity.
governing law
nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory law of the jurisdiction where you live — including but not limited to UK consumer rights, EU consumer protection law, US state consumer law, and equivalent regimes. those mandatory rights apply on top of anything written here.
for matters not covered by mandatory consumer law, the parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution by email before any other action. payments and chargebacks are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms (paddle.com/legal/buyer-terms) because Paddle is the merchant of record.
