vøiddo studio is small, opinionated, and reads every email. there is no support ticketing system, no call-center, no AI auto-reply. send an email and a human (the operator) reads it.
the inbox
support, billing, refunds, product feedback, sales questions, partnerships, press, “is this a real company,” and security disclosures all go to one address:
typical response time is under twenty-four hours on weekdays and under forty-eight hours on weekends. if you've waited longer than that, your message probably hit a spam filter — try again from a different address or check that yours isn't bouncing.
what to include
for billing or account questions, please include the email address you used at Paddle checkout and the date of the transaction in question. this lets us find your record in under a minute. for technical issues, include the audit id (the eight-character hex string in your report URL) and a screenshot if relevant. for partnership or press inquiries, a one-paragraph context is enough — we'll write back with the next step.
what we will not do over email
we won't run audits on demand for free outside the public quota — the free tier exists for that purpose and is generous. we won't ask you for your password, payment information, or anything else over email; nothing we offer requires it. if you receive a message claiming to be from vøiddo and asking for credentials or a wire transfer, it is not from us — please forward it to the address above so we can investigate.
the studio behind the service
voiddo (stylized as vøiddo) — an independent product studio operating remote, owner and operator of the site geo.voiddo.com, contactable at support@voiddo.com. throughout this document “voiddo”, “we”, “us”, and “the studio” all refer to the same entity.
vøiddo is a small independent product studio that ships software the way friends recommend it — quietly, with the rough edges visible. we operate remote and run several independent micro-SaaS products from the same shop — scrb, tells, gridlock, vøiddo geo, and others. full portfolio at voiddo.com.
payments & merchant of record
all paid subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, registered in the United Kingdom, who acts as the merchant of record for our service. Paddle handles payment processing, sales tax, VAT, currency conversion, and refunds. for any payment-side question that requires Paddle directly (a chargeback, a tax form, a card-on-file update), you can reach them through the link in your receipt or at paddle.com/contact. however, almost every issue is faster if you email us first — Paddle defers most product-side decisions back to the seller anyway, so going through us cuts a handoff.
security disclosure
if you've found a security issue on geo.voiddo.com — an injection, a privilege escalation, a data exposure, anything else — please email us before disclosing publicly. write “security” in the subject. we treat these as high priority and will acknowledge within twenty-four hours. we don't currently run a public bug-bounty program but we send a thank-you (and credit on a public acknowledgements page if you want) for genuine, responsibly disclosed findings.
postal address
for the rare case you need to mail us physical paper — usually a tax form, sometimes a takedown notice — request the postal address by email and we will provide it on request. keeping it off this page keeps the page free of harvested mailing addresses. lawful-process requests reach us fastest through the support inbox above.
